At DBE Builders, we are completely transparent when it comes to our inclusions, upgrades and costings. Not all builders are, but it is important to us that you know exactly what you’re getting for your final outlay, that way our communication lines are open from the beginning.
Asking the right questions from the start and painting a clear picture of what you expect from us is the key to a successful build. Make sure when you are comparing proposals that you are comparing apples for apples. How specific are the quotes? Are the quotes clear in what you are getting which transpires into to money spent wisely without the hidden surprises?

When you build with us, our office team will arrange all the necessary approvals and permits before construction begins. We have many years’ experience in building quality homes from the ground up. All our documentation and designs always comply with council regulations. The average time for an approval is 6 weeks however this can depend on the plans, location and land type.

On top of the independent inspections by building certifiers and engineers our construction supervisor and builder will be with you every step of the way. You are covered as a standard for any structural work for 6.5 years from practical completion.
For maintenance items and non-structural work, we provide a 12-month warranty from completion. This is industry standard and HIA contract laws for new home construction. This is the period where we are happy to come back and rectify any unlikely problems that may arise during the settling in period.
